First time I change my email to XXXXXXX@gmail.com. Second time I change my email to XXXXXXXX@yahoo.com) I hope this is the last time I ask for your help after facing three failure of my request. I don't blame those customer specialist since they told me the system shows that the booking detail are already sent my booking PDF file successfully. I check all my junk mail inbox and trash can but still not receive. I already try 3 email address right now and I believe it's your system error to cause this issue. I try to click "resend to my email" button from "Manage booking" but the system always shows "you just sent in last 4 hours, please try again later".
